At Ferguson & Associates, DDS, we are committed to helping our patients with dental insurance coverage maximize their benefits. We ask that you provide us with a copy of your primary dental insurance card. Due to the complexity of insurance contracts, our dentists and team in Concord, North Carolina, can only estimate, and not guarantee, your coverage. Amounts not covered by your insurance are due the day treatment is performed. As we are not in network with any of insurance companies, charges not covered are your responsibility.
As a courtesy, we will bill your primary insurance for a service and allow 60 days for them to render payment. If the insurance company does not pay within 60 days, payment in full is due by the responsible party of the account. If you have any questions, our courteous team is always available to answer them.

Our office accepts several forms of payment for your convenience, including cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®. Dr. Sean Ferguson and Dr. Michael Ferguson have also partnered with CareCredit®, a trusted national financing company, to provide you with low- and no-interest payment plans. With CareCredit’s financing programs, we can help you receive the dental care that you need without hurting your pocketbook.
